What do you think about usergroups with no moderation permissions?
I think that members still treat that person as a regular forums member like them if that group is a part of forums staff.
Also, do you think it is right to explain to other members what that usergroup is for? And that since that group won't have moderation powers it isn't their job to mod the forums?
This is mainly for SMFFREE users.
