Hey guys, sorry to bother again.

-What exactly can be done with The Package Manager in the admin panel of my forums. I had a modification downloaded, but am unable to upload it. I know that modification requests were suspended and all, but are we still able to upload our own mods? And is it possible to upload custom themes as well?

-I think i remember a post stating you weren't going to install a portal on SMF ( maybe not lol ). Basically this question ties in with my question up above, because i was wondering if i could install my own portal.

-How do you upload custom emoticons?

Sorry for all of these questions basically being about the same custom content idea, and probably all will get the same answer. And I'm also not sure if i would have to upgrade to a paid version of these forums for this, but i tried going to upgrade forums from the smfnew.com, and all i got was an error.

You are allowed to request themes etc but you can not upload your own themes.

We were going to install a portable but had bad feedback on it so we changed our mind

You are able to buy an upgrade which allows you to use your own domain, run your own mods, have ftp access and a lot more. If you are interested I can help you do that. It will be between $5-$12 depending on what space you want. If you want a lot of mods etc I would recommend the $9 package. If your forum is very popular maybe go up to the $12 package.

Ooh alright. I may request a simple theme later on.

And would the $9 or $12 package be a monthly fee? I dont think we have enough money for that a month.

Thats fine, but there is quite a delay in the themes at the moment.

Alright, thanks for the help. I tell you what though, I'm going to the store later on, if i win 50 bucks or more on Lottery tickets, i will buy one of the packages;)
