SMFNEW V2 upgrade is now complete! After 2 month of painful coding we have now released V2.
Erm Alex, what has changed?
You may have just looked at your forum and are wondering what the heck the fuss was about! Well actually on the surface not that much... The main differences is that SMFNEW V2 was created for us by us, I say made by us but I mean made by Matt.
V2 means we have complete control over features and addons, the first big new feature is your own control panel, you will shortly receive an email with your login and password. It is rather bare at the moment but we will be making many new features for it shortly.
Now that we have our own software we will be able to implement much greater things for your forum making your forum the best it can be.
V2 software has a much stronger backbone and panel for us admins. We now have a lot more features to help make smfnew the best it can be. I know you can not see the admin panel but trust me, its amazing ;)
Another new feature is the reports console, although we already had a basic system in place the new system is a lot more advanced which will result in a safer environment for you all. If you do see a forum behaving badly do report it and we will deal with it quickly. Do not let those one or two forums wreck the hosting for yourself.
What else? I think that is all for now, Matt may have more to add. He told me to let you know more themes will be added tomorrow and I am sure you can start bugging him for add-on requests again!

Hosting packages are also now available to have your own forum, control over add-ons, themes, webspace, websites, database etc etc.. Pm me for more info.
