I really want to start a new SMF forum but you need to get a cash mod and a Trader Rating mod :D
They both exist.. I am still looking for a host with this, haven't found one yet.

We are currently doing this. We will have many preinstalled themes and try and add some mods. While using SMF 1.1.3.
