Within this thread you said you would like a staff list like this? (http://www.support.phpbbnew.com/showgroups.php) If so, please make a new topic in this section and im sure we can do that.

As for the skin, there are currently no open source vbulletin-type skins for the SMF system. If you find one for download then please let me know.
