The Use Of The Add-on: Easy embedding of videos from 50+ video sites such as YouTube and Google Video etc.
phpBB or SMF: SMF 1.1.4
Comments: Personally I found this mod very useful and easy to install (using SMF mod installaiton feature). It's good because you don't even have to include BB Code, you just enter in the URL of the video and it automatically embeds it. Most useful for sutes that share video clips such as gaming forums etc.

That modification looks very easy to install. (They have to be installed manually).
