We currently forbid any shoutbox software to be hosted on our server using our resources. However, you can create your own shout box on a site which allows you to.

For example:
http://cbox.ws/

Do a google search and see what you come up with.

When you create a shoutbox on such a site, you will be given a html code, provide me the code and ill put it on your forum for you. In return, this shoutbox will use less resources on our side.
