How do you find it..

Do you find it difficult to Administrate forums?
What do you do if a member plays up? What do YOU do?

What do i do?

Basically, if someone does something which i know they have done to annoy me, they will be sent away. If i know they didn't do it on purpose, then slap on the wrist will do.

So, what is your method. How do you deal with it?

Well,
I use PhpBB3 which has a warning Mod pre-installed in it. I give them warning. If they do it again I ban them.

Its not so difficult.
but sometimes i think : what the heck. how could he change permissions :D

None of my members play up really but if they do they get a warning, if they do it again its a day ban, if they do it again it's a 3 day ban and if they keep doing it they are banned perminatly.

I don' think i've ever banned someone on my forums. There all trash now but they didn't used to be.

I only banned a member for creating 2 accounts. And that member got IP banned afterwards. :P

Well i haven't started to have people on my forum as i haven't started advertising it but, i have set rules and they will get warned for breaking a rule and then banned if they fail to respond for a certain time that i believe is acceptable. I will also let them appeal if they believe they are in the right. :)
